Services · Care Plan
A research site’s website is out of date about a month after it launches
A study opens. Another stops enrolling. A new sub-investigator joins, a sponsor asks for a change, a coordinator leaves and takes the login with them. None of it is difficult, and all of it gets put off. The Care Plan is the arrangement where it simply gets done.
Monthly. Cancel with thirty days’ notice. For websites we have built or refreshed.
Every month
What is covered
-
01
Study pages, kept current
New study pages, status changes and closures, made within two working days of you telling us.
-
02
Hosting, security and backups
Managed hosting, software updates, daily backups and uptime monitoring. If something breaks at night, we know before you do.
-
03
A short monthly note
Which studies the website is feeding, enquiries by channel, anything that changed, and one suggestion. One page, in plain language.
-
04
Small changes as they come up
A new team member, a new photo, a revised paragraph. No ticket system and no quote for ten-minute jobs.
-
05
Quarterly Benchmark re-check
Every three months we run the website against the Benchmark again, so it does not drift.
Outside the plan
New sections, new study landing pages with their own design, integrations and rebrands are separate pieces of work, quoted on their own. We will tell you when a request crosses that line before doing anything.
Questions
How do we ask for a change?
An email to one address, answered by a person who knows your website.
Can our coordinator still edit the website?
Yes. The plan is there so they do not have to, not so they cannot.
We did not build our website with you. Can we join?
After a Website Refresh, yes. We need to know a website properly before promising to look after it.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly, thirty days’ notice.
Usually arranged at launch
Most clients start the Care Plan the week their website goes live. If yours is already live with us, ask and we will set it up.
Or write to info@trialsfocus.com. We reply within two working days.
